2 year sleep regression?

My daughter is 2 next month and we have always been very lucky with her sleep and stuck to a great routine with her. About 3 weeks ago she started waking up between 12-1 most nights. We decided to cut her 1 hour nap but still maybe 4/5 times a week ends up in our bed as she's SCREAMING if not. Never a problem putting her down. Has anyone else experienced this?x

I am literally 3 days out of the 2 year sleep regression. It lasted almost 2 weeks: my son is coming up on 23 months.

At bedtime, he screamed when I left the room. Wouldn't sleep with me outside, wouldn't sleep with me inside. Bedtime took two hours every night (he had previously been angelic and didn't make a peep).

In the morning, he would start screaming any time between 4 and 6 until I went to get him.

He started refusing to nap in his bed, by screaming. He ABSOLUTELY still needs the nap. I've been having to take him out in the buggy every day and he goes to sleep pretty much instantly. Still haven't managed to get him to nap in his bed again.

Then 3 nights ago it just stopped. I put him to bed, and no screaming. Mornings are quiet. Naps are... iffy, but we're going in the right direction.

My advice is; be consistent and stick to your routine. This is a phase.
