Weird blisters

Hi,

Any ideas what this could be on my ds arm? It’s like a collection of blisters. This is the third time he’s had this (over about a year and a half) in exactly the same place on his arm.. doctors have no idea and just prescribe the same cream ‘fucidene’ I think it’s called (haven’t got the tube with me at the moment). I’d love to know what it actually is, he has a lot of food intolerances, dairy, gluten, soya and fructose and has to have a strict diet as the smallest amount will cause a flare up. I don’t know if it could be related?

If anyone has any ideas it would be much appreciated! I’ve attached pictures from each time.

Looks a bit like a shingles rash
Has he had chickenpox before?

Could it be cellulitis? I had a year or so of getting it repeatedly and now haven't had it for years. Do the blisters weep?
