And obviously they do have the good old classics - Pom bears, biscuits, fruit winders…

Bonus points if you can help me to get calcium into a cheese/yoghurt hater (little weirdo 😂)

I used to make wholemeal sandwiches with cream cheese and fruit puree spread or honey, then cut them into bitesize squares.

Carrot and cucumber sticks are nice in this weather.

Mini breadsticks dipped into cream cheese.

Mini oatcakes are good - they need a bit of salt in the heat to rehydrate.

Chia pudding
try soy, almond, coconut yogurt
Smoothie with milk, fruit, and tahini ( full of calcium)
green pea hummus (?)
Slice of banana/carob tofu pie
soy foods , if you're not allergic, are
high in calcium
