15 month old not talking waving or pointing

Hi folks
I have had concerns for a while regards my 15months old development as below

No gestures clapping pointing or waving
No imitation
Rolls hands when excited
Tiptoes
Enjoys dropping balls and other objects
Isolated play. Does not play with toys the way they are intended
Doesn’t answer to name
Eye contact has improved slighted with no screentime but still sparatic
Appears uncomfortable in crowds
Seems to shut down.
Does not look at strangers when they talk to her.
Enjoys running non stop
Cannot follow basic instructions
Can not follow command, only understands no.

Some things that are positive

Used to clap when singing happy and you know it before seizure
Will look back in reference when she sees someone she knows
Or when she’s at a music class and wants to look back to see am I there
Initiates being chased, looks back
Food intake good
Sleep good
Will turn around if I have food or something she wants when calling her
Enjoys nursery rhymes.
Will sit and have nursery rhyme book read to her. Look up at cues when we pause eg just before EIEIO or mother duck says
Whole hand reaching for bottle on island etc but does not reference back. Will groan until given or just gives up
Loves peekaboo- can’t play herself with a curtain or blanket for eg but enjoys when we play it with her

I know that she is still very young but I can't help but worry. I have raised concerns with my Hv and we have an appointment with paeds this week.
Anyone a similar experience and baby turned out to be Nt ?

If you are worried contact your gp and Camhs. The internet can only give pointers of what to look for in things but these things can be present in nt and nd children. Your child is still very young. Sending hugs to a clearly amazing and worried parent
