So tired of worrying

My little girl is little. Really little - 2nd centile at 5 months. She's dropped a couple of centiles since birth. She's had a tongue tie cut, battled reflux, paediatrician diagnosed CMPA. She's breastfed. I've offered specialist formula and she's disinterested but then i dont think she knows what to do with a bottle. On dietician advice I started weaning a little early. She likes to play with solids but seems miserable and spits out purees so I don't really think she's ready. I just can't stop worrying. If someone could show me her future weight chart and she stayed 2nd centile then fine but I can't move past this sinking feeling that she's going to keep falling. If feels like I'm failing her.
