Can I give only ibuprofen to my toddler ?

Hi everyone on holiday in the Carribbean only have ibuprofen on hand at the moment he came down with a bad cold with a little raised temp from yesterday I've given him 3 doses yesterday and 1 so far today is it okay to continue to give him or do I have to switch to paracetamol

I'm trying to find a good one out here bec the brands don't have the right measurements on them and when I ask no one really gives a good answer i'm use to our ML
