making liners out of a fleece blanket

This will be okay won't it? It's just a blanket I was going to throw out, but thought I might recycle it into liners for my washable nappy collection.

And roughly what size should I cut them?

I did this, cut a whole variety of sizes but find that the best are quite big - as long as the nappy and wider than the narrowest bit of it.
