10 month old suddenly off food!

My LG turned 10 months old last week and it’s like someone swapped my baby out because she went from three meals a day and little milk to 1 meal a day at most and more milk! She also has a cold and has a stuffy nose so I’m sure that doesn’t help but has this happened to anyone else at this age? Is it a phase? Is it teething? She had 2-3 days where she would get hysterical when someone would even try to get a spoon close to her mouth! Now she’s better but still no where near how she used to eat! She also doesn’t allow me to give her calpol via the syringe whereas she bas never ever had an issue with it before! It makes me think it’s teething but again, no clue as she won’t let me look into her mouth let alone touch.
just looking for some encouragement.

PS she is a bit grumpy and seems to get sleepy and crabby quicker than usual but she is otherwise super active and happy. I attribute the shorter than normal wake windows to the not so great sleep lately due to her congested nose (which also makes her cough!)

I wouldn’t worry too much, @Danani - a bunged up nose or cold can easily put someone off their food, and fighting off an infection could make her grumpy and crabby. As she is drinking more milk, she will be getting the nutrients she needs that way - as well as hydration.

Have you given her any calpol, to help if she’s running a temperature and feeling uncomfortable? You can also get vaporub for babies, which might make her a bit less bunged up.
