Best time of day/duration?
Can I just hire a bouncy castle and call it a day, is that entertaining enough?
It's looking like around 20 4 year olds!
Platters of sandwichs, cocktail sausages and fruit and then birthday cake?
Party bags?
And jobs a good one?

I'm clueless!

2 hours in the afternoon from 2-4 is my preferred time for a kids party. I’d go for an entertainer over a bouncy castle as 20 kids on one bouncy castle is a lot!
Also that’s fine on the food; some people do loads and others don’t and the kids never actually care.
