Hi ladies,

My daughter is 11 weeks old and she is a very happy baby. Over the past 4-5 days she has suddenly started crying alot more than usual, and alot louder as if she's in pain, she's inconsolable and I don't know what to do. Im a first time Mam (clearly) and I've done all the Google searches. She's like this for 2-3 hours on an evening, the only thing that does eventually work is when I put her on my chest in the baby carrier. The only thing that has changed is that she had her injections 10 days ago.

Any insight please? I feel terrible I don't know what to do and if this is normal xxx

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

It could literally be anything but 2 things might help. First, try an extra feed during the day, she might just be hungry and the other is try a dose of calpol to see if she's feeling ill.

Colic or a developmental leap.

Download the wonder weeks app and see if that fits in.

Colic will pass in a few weeks hopefully. It’s awful though for a while :-(. Hang on there.
