Waking every hour - 10 month old

Help brains trust

My 10 month old has for the past few weeks been waking up at 2 or 3 am having some bottle, quick cuddles and then back to bed. However, she will then repeat this hourly till between 6-7 am! I’m not the best sleeper and take a while to get to sleep so this is slowly debilitating me!

She is dealing with a lot of separation anxiety at the moment as she goes to my DM’s three times a week while I work so it feels like she just really wants to sleep with me as eventually by about the third or 4th wake up I accidentally fall asleep next to her

She could also be v hungry she’s a small growth baby and still very long on the percentiles and never drinks more than 70mL in one sitting but how do I get her to drink more during the day to top her up she just refuses.

I’ve tried different tog sleeping bags room heaters etc etc I just need her to sleep more in the early hours

sorry for the long message didn’t want to drip feed

Is she teething? Mine used to wake every hour when they were

Possibly hunger. I would give baby porridge at bedtime to fill her up.

There usually a huge sleep regression at 9 months which could still be affecting her.

If you think she's missing you, have you sleeping with her sheets before putting them in the cot so it smells of you?

Can you add in some high calorie food in the daytime? Things like adding olive oil or mascarpone to mashed food or giving oily fish, smooth nut butters and avocado will all help to fill her up.

Hungry, keeping to a routine. I was reading to mine each night . Story and light out seemed to establish a routine.

They are "learning" to sleep on their own. I wouldn't rush in when they stir
