Birth trauma - no interest in sex

Hi all,

I had a very traumatic birth 9 months ago - severe preeclampsia/seizures/csection. Had emdr therapy which helped massively, no panic attacks anymore etc. But my confidence and even interest in having sex has not come back. It’s like I’m scared or something and it’s hard to feel into it.

Has anyone else felt like this?

Sorry to hear you had a tough time of it! Sounds rough!I had a normal, ideal birth 9 months ago and I have no interest i Sex yet! I wouldn’t worry!
