Do I need to be worried about this

DD 4mo sometimes has dry nappy on a morning. Eg changed her last night at 8pm, fed her at 10ish -dry, fed her at 1am-dry, fed at 5am -dry and still dry now at 7.
This doesn't happen every night but is also not a one off. DD seems fine and soft spot doesn't seem to be sunken. She feeds every 2 hrs throughout the day and is happy and smiley mostly, but don't know if this is usual.

Thanks for replying, yes she sounds like she is taking milk at these times and goes straight back to sleep after so seems satisfied. She has weed now but will give 111 a call and see what they say.
