Mum to 17mo DS, pregnant with dc2

Although I look back fondly on him being tiny and hitting the first milestones etc… I do enjoy him growing up?

I feel like everyone says oh I wish they were a baby forever but I love seeing the little boy my son is growing into :) he’s showing his personality more and love more. Of course comes with the hardships of tantrums etc but I am really enjoying him being a little boy and growing more!

I know I’ll probably soak up and cherish things more with DC2 as I know it goes fast but I think I enjoy watching them grow! I don’t particularly want to freeze them as tiny babies

Totally agree! Mine is 22mo and we're having toddler tantrums already but my gosh this phase is so much better, seeing them develop their personality is so much fun. I used to scoff (pre-baby) at people saying the best thing is seeing the world through their eyes - but it's so true.
