Long term vomiting 14 month old baby

In April my son has his NHS recommended 1 year Vaccines given (only new one was MMR. Has had doses of all others) And within 3 days Temperature spiked to 40 & it was confirmed my son had an ear infection so started anti biotics for 5days and this was the first vomit). Projectile Vomited for a week then a week break then back to vomiting again when he got a cough & very snotty runny nose which has had for 4 weeks now.

Projectile Vomiting can be triggered by coughing or pushing to poo but poo is never dry or hard so not constipated. Laxatives given and helped with vomiting for 5 days as wasn’t pushing to poop as hard. But has started projectile vomiting again and so since MMR vaccine has now been projectile vomitting for 6 weeks. The vomit is forceful and continues till stomach is empty.

Was sent up to hospital after last visit to doctors (been to doctors 3 times now) but they couldn’t see any immediate issues and stated it could be a long term effect of vaccines or something else.

Has anyone experienced long term vomiting with their baby? Either after a vaccine or not. Please help!
