Hi everyone

i know there’s no wrong or right answer really but out of curiosity, what’s your feeding routine for your 7 month old? (Or when they were 7 months) … including formula, how often and how many oz? Etc.. Ty x

6:30am 240ml bottle
8am breakfast
10:30am 120ml bottle (was phasing this out)
12pm lunch
2:30pm 180ml bottle
5pm dinner
6:30/45pm 240ml bedtime bottle

I’m breastfeeding so not sure this is helpful for you but we do:
6.30 - bf
7.30 - breakfast
11.30 - bf
12 - lunch
4 - bf
5.30 - dinner
7.30 - bedtime bf
she doesn’t eat much food yet and still sometimes has a feed overnight.

6:30 - 4 oz formula
8:30 - breakfast
9:30 - breastfeed (this had gone by 8 months)
12:00 - lunch
14:00 - breastfeed
16:00 - tea
18:00 - finger food snack (not usually actually eaten at this age)
19:00 - breastfeed
23:00 - breastfeed.

Things were very much in a state of flux at this point, though, with the amount of food per meal increasing rapidly and milk intake therefore plummeting.
