Does this look like a bite on child's arm ?

Baby was at play group today

Noticed this on her arm, she did not cry the whole time but I'm thinking this looks like a bite ?? She's on the move so not sure if she's hit on something but to me it looks like a bite ??

It does look like a bite mark... Because of where it is located maybe she hit something? Do they have cameras maybe u could ask to take a look?
