6 year old feeling sad and angry, but doesn't know why

For some background information, I am currently 38 weeks pregnant, and we already have a DS, aged 6. I have a feeling DS is feeling uneasy about the upcoming arrival of his newest sibling. For the past couple of months he has been very angry and teary, he can tell me that he feels angry and sad, but he says he doesn't know why. I asked him if he's worried about his upcoming sibling or feeling sad about their arrival, he has said he doesn't and he just wants them to be here already.

We are a close family unit and I would like to support him as much as possible, but I have no idea how. Has anyone had any experience with siblings behaving similarly with the upcoming arrival for a new child? Has anyone got any advice on how I can help him?

6 year olds are learning to regulate their emotions. It's completely normal
