Lip tie and teeth brushing

My DD (18 months) has a top lip tie. I'm struggling to clean the front of her top teeth because I can't get in to do it.

Is it something we are going to have to live with or should I speak to my dentist/doctor?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

If it's a frenum , then normally they sort themselves out as the child grows . You wouldn't do anything about it at this age. Very, very ,very rarely you might do a frenectomy on a teenager but that has mostly gone out of "fashion".
