I have coming up 5 hour trip through the night.
My LO is 10 months old and she will be asleep if we travel.

We have Doona car seat and my question is if she would be okay to stay in it for all 5 hours?

It's best to get them out about every 2 hours. I'd do at least one stop off on your trip. It doesn't have to be a long stop, enough for the adults to have a wee and just take her out of the seat for a bit and sit her up, give her a bit of a cuddle, change nappy.

We've done quite a few long drives with babies/toddlers, and IME they just go straight back to sleep again as soon as you start driving.
