My 5 year old has very thick, long eyelashes which get stuck in the outer corner of her eye. It’s not trichiasis as they grow normally but somehow the last few outer lashes work their way into her eye, lying flush with her upper waterline. It’s not painful or uncomfortable but I’m concerned it may cause issues.
Does anyone have experience with this type of issue and hopefully a solution? They can be removed gently with a damp cotton bud, but I’d really like to prevent it happening.
