It's not causing her any problems, she's not bothered by it at all, I feel like it could be caused by dummy but could it be a cold sore ? I don't know where she would of got one from though she's not been around anyone with them

Check hands and feet even her bum for any more looks like it could be the start of hand food and mouth.

It does look quite cold sore-like. You’ll know soon if it is. I’m not sure if babies can take antivirals, but it might be worth doing an econsult or phoning the surgery.

She has a slight temp to I don't know if this is anything to do with it or this is something completely different,

I am taking her to the pharmacy in a bit to ask the question

As it doesn't seem to be over any part of the lip, I would not expect it to be a cold sore. Would just be careful until it either disappears (spot) or scabs (cold sore).

Have just been to the pharmacy and she has said she's not to sure, and to just keep an eye on it and if it spreads call the doctor x

With hand foot an mouth they can get a temp aswell, just keep eye out for any more there is no treatment for it if it is that, you will know by tmz if its that as more spots will likely appear.

I don't get coldsores on my lip. You can get the round the mouth and up the nose.

It does look quite coldsore like. A bit blistery.
