Feeding toddler with a sickness bug

Seems to now be keeping small amounts of food down. Very hungry but doesn’t want any of the plainer foods that I’m offering, but won’t tell me what he actually wants 😬

Give me some inspiration. What gentle foods do you reach for when they have a sickness bug?

@Sirloinwithlove Absolutely what I have been doing over the weekend. I’m hoping we’re now on the other side or at least heading for it 🤞🏼😬

@bryceQ @ohfourfoxache Thanks 👍🏻 have offered all of the foods and they have been rejected but his tummy is “so so hungry and needs a snack” he keeps telling me but nothing seems to be appealing!

Bread sticks and plain breakfast waffles are the go to snack when there's a stomach bug in this house.

@Sirloinwithlove I think he’s just maybe still feeling a bit uneasy in his wee tummy. Last vomited just before lunch. Has kept a slice of toast and scrambled egg since 🤞🏼
