My just turned 1 year old has had diarrhoea now for around 2 and a half weeks and has been vomiting for a week. He’s lost a lot of weight from it where he’s also gone off his food. We did all catch a sickness bug a week ago which is when the vomiting started but the diarrhoea has been ongoing and now the sickness has continued for longer than it should have. I took him to the doctors today and they’ve taken a stool sample incase there’s a gut infection but said he may need to see paediatrics in the hospital if the test comes back negative. I’m a panicker and I can’t stop worrying ☹️ has anyone else had this with their little one before? Thank you ☺️
