4 month old looks at toys but doesn't reach for them/grab them?!

Only asking as my memories came up with my eldest at 3 months on video swatting at a toy and shaking it and my now 4 month old hasn't done that yet. He definitely looks and smiles at them but doesn't reach for them at all or try and grab them. That's not a bad thing right? Still within normal ranges?

My DD is 4 months and 1 week. She literally started grabbing/swiping at toys overnight a few days ago - I was a bit worried as expected it more like 3 months. It will happen!

I don't think ds was interested in toys at that time. I do remember worrying about it then but he soon started showing more interest, maybe around 6 months or so.
