Long story short my boyfriend doesn't like any my friends.doesn't like me spending time or talking to them apparently they tell lies on him - just cos he got caught out going to pub once when he let on he was working.now he has told me I'm not to be discussing our relationship with them not to mention his name or anything to do with him.I recently started seeing a counsellor & apparently thats who I can talk to about our relationship issues. Sorry I don't even know the point if this point I just needed to vent thanks for listening x

Yes, he sounds very controlling and it will get worse. You don't have to justify to him why you think he is controlling or why you want to end the relationship. I have found that the biggest control freaks never accept that they are controlling and will spin everything around till you start doubting yourself. Don't get into these mind games with him. Just end it.
