The title says it. My little one slept through the night since 9 months old. And I mean a solid 12 hours (thank god).
but since she started nursery this month she gets really upset at bedtime. She screams hysterically. I feed her, cuddle her, sing to her. I do whatever I can imagine and she won’t stop to the point where I let her cry after like 30-60 mins because I get the feeling my involvement makes it even worse. Then she sleeps 12 hrs straight again.
however… she only takes one nap a day which was fine until then but I think maybe she needs 2 now to process her day.
did any of you have this problem? How do I Help her?
she gets up at 7 sleeps at 12 and then bedtime at 7. should I implement another nap at say… 4pm or do you think it will only make it worse?
