Developmental delay?

My daughter is 1 year old since last week and doesn't point or shake her head. The doctor is a bit worried but says I should wait and hope that she catches up eventually.
During my whole pregnancy I took 25mg of Sertraline daily and I'm worried I hurt her mentally... Even though the gyn said it's fine and won't do any harm.
Do you have any experience with this?

My DD didn't do either of those things at that age. She was generally pretty slow at that sort of thing, but us now a normal, chatty toddler.

Lots of women take sertraline in pregnancy - if it caused harm, we'd know.

There are a few risks with taking Sertraline in PG, which I'm sure were discussed with you at the time, but I haven't read any cases of the baby having delayed development as a result, so please don't worry about that.

Has the Paediatrician said when they'll see her again? Which areas of her development are a concern for you?

Thanks for reassuring me!
When did she start doing these things?

Her gross and fine motor development is alright, but communication is bad. She shows me when she wants to be picked up and smiles and makes sounds but still no words. She doesn’t copy gestures. Can’t wave bye and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve tried to show her. When you roll a ball she doesn’t roll it back. And she loves to play by herself for 30 minutes without complaining. Never showed me a toy…

Ah ok so did the Doctor suggest that she has a hearing test to rule out low hearing? Did they say when they'll see you again?

She hears well and listens to her name and crawls to me when I say „come to mommy“
the pediatrician will check in 3 months

Ok so if she hears well, but she's not speaking yet, how is she on this progress checker?

It says: You answered "no" to some important questions about your baby's communication development
