And it’s crazy our son is now 15mo and I just don’t want to have sex. I’d be happy just sleeping or resting or chilling with my fiancé

but I don’t feel sexy.I do it just to do it because I think it’s bad if we don’t have it - we used to do 1/2 times a week and sometimes we do but sometimes we have week or few break.

PS- I am fully consenting that’s not what I’m saying. I just find I don’t feel sexy I don’t have any desire to have sex and it’s just gone after having my son :(

Is this what happens

I felt like this for years, personally, but I was a SAHM and BFed for 20m for the first and 26m for the second.

I think being sat on, tugged at, pawed at, held, clung on to etc all day means that when they're finally in bed the last thing you want is someone else pawing at you some more. (Using dramatic language for effect, my husband doesn't really paw at me.)

When I stopped BFing it got slightly better, when I co slept less and they slept through more it all started getting slightly better again.

There's a phrase ppl use - feeling 'touched out.'
That really resonates with me.
