Toddler spikes temp when tired

This is going to sound mad but anytime my son (21 months) is overly tired he starts to burn up. Not with a full high temp but his temperature starts to climb to 37.5 ish which is on the higher side for him. Has this happened to anyone else’s kid?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I believe I once read that temperatures always tend to be highest around tea time/evening, which I'm assuming is when your little one is the most tired? X

37.5 isn't 'burning up' it's within the 'normal body temp range'.
All people tend to be hotter toward the end of the day / evening. This is more so in children.
37.8 is considered a low grade temp and 38 & over is a fever.
I'd not be concerned at all, although you could remove a layer of clothing for the evening or run a bath at 35/36 degrees and let him splash / cool off before bed.
Use light & 100% cotton layers for bed.

Thanks for advice 👍🏼 he woke up at 2am with a temp of 38.3 & vomiting everywhere so he did infact have something working on him. Hopefully it eases soon
