So I know that babys should only sleep on their backs until their 1 right? To reduce the risks of SIDS, and when I notice my baby has rolled on their belly I always put him back onto he's back, but he keep's constantly doing it, even when I'm sleeping, I can't be awake all night to just make sure he doesn't go on he's belly, im already so sleep deprived, I'm just out of ideas what I can do now

It's fine at that age

Agreed, not a problem at 11 months at all. As soon as they can roll front to back and back to front you’re fine to leave them in whatever position they find comfy.

Normal, as long as there's no pillow. Or you can keep moving onto front and be up all night.

After a few months out of the womb they know fight or flight!

No pillows, he sleeps in he's sleeping bag, and just has one little teddy in he's cot

It’s a bit scary but ok. My first job in a nursery I had a maybe 5/6 month old always rolling into his stomach. I kept turning him back but he would just roll over again. My room leader told me just to let the poor baby sleep. So I spent way too much time looking in the cot room window making sure he was ok.

Ohh bless you! Thank you for the advice, I'll let him sleep on he's belly X

Our 3 did it before 11 month and we always left them to it and now got 2yr olds and a 3. If we as adults were left in one position we wouldn't be happy and in the womb they move about also
