Getting baby to eat more

My baby is 11 weeks and weighs 9 1/2 lbs and she eats anywhere between 1-3oz
To be honest since about 4 weeks she was on 3oz and it suddenly dropped to 1/2oz at 7/8 weeks and now she takes usually 2oz and on the rare occasion 3oz every 3/4 hours
Shes gaining weight very slowly and has dropped a centile (now 9th) and the only advice I've been given is to feed "little and often" which I try to do however she just won't drink even if I wanted her to
I'm not sure If she has a tiny stomach but I'm not entirely sure on how to get her to eat more
She really doesn't eat nowhere near enough (in my opinion) obviously it has been flagged by the health visitor (but clearly isn't so serious that it calls for special intervention) but I suppose as her mum I'm just extra worried she's not getting enough
Any advice?

Thanks

Have you tried changing bottles or the new flow level on the teat?

MAM and NUK are often popular with babies.
