Mums of formula fed babies

If your baby is around the 10-11 weeks old mark and is formula fed, how frequently and what oz of bottles are they on per day? I know it can vary slightly from baby to baby but I just want an idea from other mums 😊

Hi, I formula fed and my doctor just said do what's on the box. I started off feeding every two hours, then this went to three hours as he got older and then every four hours. If it was the day and he was asleep I woke him up if it was feeding time and this meant that he slept well at night. Sorry I can't remember the amount but I gave him what it said on the box. I think it starts with 2oz and gradually goes up to 8oz and you start getting through boxes of formula quite quick.

From memory at that age 6oz water to 6oz Formula 4 or 5 bottles a day last 6pm then first 6am slept inbetween

Hi! My baby is 16 weeks & she's on 5oz every 90 minutes, 2hrs at a stretch 🙈🙈 imagine if I was breast feeding 🤣 she's been like this since birth, she only went on to 5oz last Sunday! She's a greedy bugger.

My 8 week old is on 5oz every 3/4 hours. I just follow what is on the both. She should be moving up to 6 oz over the next few weeks according to the box!

My 11 week old is on 5/6oz every 3 hours normally during the day

Last bottle 7pm
One night feed anywhere between 2-4am
7am feed and back to the 3hr cycle

Got 3 under 2s and fed them as they needed. After our first oldest and following all guidelines for a while and ending up with a hungry unhappy baby our next 3 we fed as much as they felt like and when and ended up with 3 who slept all night and drank all day so not complaining. Now 3 happy healthy toddlers running about

Roughly 6-7 ounces every 3-4 hours

Thank you ladies! My little boy has just turned 10 weeks and is on a mix of 4 and 5oz feeds however I'm wondering whether I should up them to 6oz? I just feel that seems a lot for his age but maybe it isn't? He is drinking the full 4 and 5oz bottles. He sleeps well throughout the night and if he wakes its around 4am for a bottle.
