Back pain from having 1 year old on back. Is there a front backpack for that age?

I had whiplash once and my back has never been the same. I have survived with carrying my kid for the past year on the front but now they're on my back; I am in pain after a long walk.

Can anyone recommend a backpack that you can wear a one-year-old plus on your front?

You can use an ergobaby 360 on the front up to 12kg/24 months. I would think it might still cause back pain if you're susceptible. I'm using it on the front comfortably with my 13mo, but usually for short periods travelling on public transport. I'd find it uncomfortable carrying mine for a long walk.

I used a toddler Tula on my front most of the time rather than the back.

Not a backpack but I use my Tula Toddler on my front although that's for toddlers in size 2-3 clothes usually

A Tula free to grow lasted my toddler until 20 months

You can get them second hand on Vinted

The Ergo Original says you can carry on the front till age 2. We mostly used it on the front till 2.
