Food and snacks

Can anyone recommend some filling snacks for a 10 year old? I’m not sure if she’s going through a growth spurt but it’s getting to the point where I get shopping and she will just constantly ask for food saying she’s starving. After school (unless she’s playing out) she just constantly eats and wants everything. Obviously I don’t let her have too much like crisps, biscuits etc but i just don’t know how to keep up with it all. She’s not over weight and has a lot of energy. Nothing seems to full her up.

Cheese cubes and apple
Cream cheese in celery
Hummous and pitta
Frittata slices
Peanut butter on apple
Greek yogurt

Mine used to have a decent snack/light meal after school like cheese on toast.

I think most 10 year olds need a surprising amount of calories per day.

Bowl of cereal and milk - my dc like the banana flavoured weetabix and it seems to fill them up
Instant/cuppa porridge
Beans or scrambled egg on toast
Flapjack
Egg and soldiers
Jacket potato and beans
Fridge Raiders
