hello i am close to giving birth any day now, but my daughter is acting weird like she keeps coming down and saying that she wont be a good big sister and that the baby wont love her and i do reassure her and say that she will be loved by her little sister and that she will be a great sister. then she says she is worried that the baby will hurt me and that she worried if i do go in to labour with just her here that she will panic and don't know what to do, so sat her down to tell her that all she has to do is make sure she is ready to go to her nans and that she has a bag packed to go round there and if she is here all she will need to do is call her nanny and she will be round with in seconds and they only live round the corner. has anyone else had this problem my daughter is 9 years old. she also don't like change and we have my other half's kids as well stop with us every other weekend well should be but has been every weekend I just don't know if its too much for my daughter but she has got to get used to having them over as we want to be a family.
any advice on what to do and if you have been though it did it all work out in the end?
