Occasional head bobbing

Does anyone know if a baby occasionally head bobbing (perhaps mildly) is ok or is also a sign of respiratory distress? DD is doing this not infrequently but definitely not all the time. FTM, losing my mind over everything. Therapy starts next week.

How old is she? Does she do it at a specific time, e.g. when waking up or going to sleep? Does is happen singly or in clusters? I wouldn't have thought it's respiratory distress but infantile spasms can present as head bobbing.

She’s 3 weeks. I think most often it’s shortly after a feed, when her breathing is generally quicker as well.
