6 month old fell onto the floor :(

I’m super worried. We were about to go out and DH was strapping 6 month old DS into his car seat but he’s a very active baby and just as we put him into his car seat, he jumped out of it and he landed on the car floor (on top of a mat but I’m still worried ofc). He seems absolutely fine, he didn’t cry, he’s not red anywhere and he’s all smiles as usual but I can’t help but worry. Do I need to take him to the doctor or call the doctor? Should I do anything? I feel like crying. FTM as you all can see. Nothing like this has ever happened before :(

Did he bang his head ?
I wouldn’t worry if he looks ok.

I’m not sure tbh. Maybe? I didn’t even know anything I was so scared and upset I picked him up straight away. He looks absolutely fine

He didn’t cry? Congratulations, you have a robust Ds who may grow up to be a hero.

I remember when mine fell from DP's arms and head first onto hard wood floor. I was livid. Anyhow he's fine. they're lighter/less impact than oldies. it didn't stop me stressing for the 24hrs you're supposed to keep an eye on them though after head bump.

PS: from sitting position on sofa, not standing!

Keep an eye. My lovely GP once told me that babies are much more robust than we realise (after my 10 month old got smacked right in the centre of the forehead by a metal bar on a roundabout that was spinning round very quickly - don’t ask. It all happened in a matter of seconds in a park full of kids!)

I also accidentally locked her in my car with the keys inside in August when it was 32 degrees (probably way more inside the car) and some random man (who I think was a criminal lol) had to break into my car after a bunch of passers by had tried smashing the window with a baseball bat.

Just to make you feel better :)
