4 month old not eating

had her last set of injections yesterday morning and was sleepy all yesterday but today she just keeps having like a sip of her bottle or 30 seconds on boob then spitting it out. she’s had wet nappies but they’re usually massive after an hour or so and now they’re just half full if that. no poo today either. should i worry or is this standard

It’s really normal and listed in common side effects, don’t worry.
