Since my DC turned 1, she’s gotten sick about once per month. She doesn’t go to nursery but does a lot of baby classes/ soft play etc. I pick up every bug she gets, so between us, we are sick about three weeks in four.
is this normal and how long does it last? Will it still be like this when she is, say, 5?
It’s really getting me down- I feel like I can’t plan anything because whatever I look forward to is going to get ruined by another bloody bug. I was sick for the last 2 UK weekend trips we took and our holiday abroad last year (foot & mouth, strep, and a cold.)
DH never picks up any bugs which somehow makes things even harder….
