Hands free breast pump. Do you recommend?

So I'm planning on breastfeeding my 3rd baby and I'm super keen on making sure my bfing journey is successful this time. I currently have a medela electric pump and was wondering whether to get a hands free one for practicality. Does anyone recommend hands free and if so which brand did you use? Thanks
