Baby uncomfortable after feeding

My DS is 9 weeks old, formula fed, and since he was about 3-4 weeks has been in pain after feeding and is really sick. We tried all the usual, gaviscon which constipated him, omeprazole which also constipated him and made the pain 10 times worse to the point he was just screaming constantly. GP prescribed formula to rule out CMPA, this formula also made him worse. He was projectile vomiting, screaming in pain his poo smelt awful and gave him raging diarrhoea. We're now trying out sma lactose free milk which has stopped him crying in pain and his poo is normal but he's still sick and seems a bit uncomfortable still. He's restless after feeding, wriggling around and whining until he crashes and falls asleep. Not projectile vomiting but constantly sick for an hour after feeding. Health visitor has said to try gaviscon again which we've done but this time it seems to make him in pain again and he's still being sick. He's been checked for tongue tie by hv and gp, both have said nothing obvious but he's clicking when feeding so we've been referred and waiting for an appointment. Although hv said they very rarely correct bottle fed babies.
Does anyone have any experience? Could it be that if he clicking when feeding he's taking in wind which could he making him uncomfortable? He burps loads and passes a lot of wind. I feel at a bit of a loss as to what way to turn next.
Any advice would be amazing xx

See a private tongue tie practitioner, who will correct the tongue tie for you.

This is one of the reasons breastfeeding is handy. Did you feed at the beginning? Can you restart? Even if you have to modify your diet your milk will be more tolerable for DS.
Do you massage/ stretch him? Babies don’t have the strength to do so themselves but you can help them digest. Basically do everything you can to avoid getting into a cycle of bad digestion.

Thank you. I've got in touch with a tongue tie practitioner and will try baby massage too.
