Mucus with blood and no poo

My little girl is almost 5 months and I’ve changed her nappy for bed and there’s mucus with traces of blood in it. No traces of anything else like poo. First time mum and I’m really worried! Is this normal?

She’s completely herself, nothing untoward at all! This is why I’m confused

She doesn’t drink much through the day as she’s really distracted, she’ll have a couple Oz here and there then big feeds in the evening. We are a week and a bit on formula after being breast fed until then
