Tickets go on sale tomorrow and I’m planning on booking.
there isn’t a lot of information about the tickets on the website. Can anyone remember the difference between standard tickets and premium tickets? As in what’s extra for premium and the price difference
also any tips? Is it better to do in the dark.
thanks so much

Hey, we did it last year and I just checked our tickets and they were premium.

The experience was ok. The waiting around in a tent was a bit dull. They had colouring and stuff for children to do as they wait though. There is no toilet on the train so make sure you use the toilets first. Of course there is only a few toilets at the station so queue was a bit manic.

The train arriving was very exciting. When we went it was actually really snowing! We had to park round down the road and it was a 15 min walk.

On the train was a bit tired but you're given a cute polar express mug to take home each and once everyone is sat and the train is ready you stay in your seats whilst then performers put on the show.

If I'm honest we found listening to the story and them dancing around a bit quiet at times and couldn't hear because they have to do it for the whole area so walk back and forth. Plus they all do it with their American accents of course.

The cookie and hot chocolate was bloody delicious 😋 and we all got some Bells to jingle and bring home too.

All in all it was an experience that I'm glad we did. I thought was a bit expensive for what it was. But then we did get a hot choc and mug and bells to take home so I suppose that would cover that a little.

We went at 5pm ish and glad that it was dark because the train goes back and forth a long a track and it's nice that you can really see that you're just going back and forth.

Father Christmas was lovely & came and got a picture with every single table which was nice too. Xx
