Hi,
Im currently a SAHM mum to my 2 kids ages 4 and 2. I also work from home and my partner has his own business he works 6 days a week and is out all hours of the day and night. I have the kids from morning till bedtime whilst doing everything in the house and trying to squeeze in work. I am just constantly tired and turn to food as a pleasure I guess I would say. I need motivation but food right now is what’s keeping me going (I know that’s bad) but it’s something enjoyable that gets me through the day. Has anyone else experienced this ? How did you break the habit? I’ve tried so many times and just failed . Any advice would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
