Strict on routines is this normal.

Home from school run. Has to get milk from fridge.
Has to watch light go off as slowly shutting fridge.
Has to ask if we are doing washing machine.

Dosnt really play, lines paw patrol cars up, throws toys, tips everything out and wonders around.

Has to put his requests in for lunch.
Has to have the correct cup for juice.
Has to take his own cup up to the side after.
Naps - has to hug me by running of bed, Has to repeat same words before sleep.

Dad comes home, always tells him he played lego with mummy (even tho we didnt).

If these things don't happen or we don't allow it he kicks off.

He scratches siblings, pulls hair, cannot be left alone with older siblings. Does not listen to instructions at all.

Does this sound right for a 2 and a half year old?

Possibly, possibly not. The level of variance in 'normal' toddler behaviour is huge. Personally I'd say there are some indicators of ASD in there, but at the same time those indicators could just be toddler quirks. It can be very hard to tell.

If you don't feel like it's standard behaviour, though, definitely speak to the HV. What's your gut feeling? You mention school run so you have other children - does this feel far outside of the realms of what you dealt with with other DC? Is your child meeting milestones generally re: speech and social skills?
