Transitioning baby away from swaddle

LO has now rolled on her side so no more swaddling! Concerned as this is how she settles for sleep. Does anyone have advice on transitioning her away from swaddling? I have a 1 tog sleeping bag which I was going to use but she still has her Moro which wakes her up. Thanks!

How old is your baby? I thought it’s mainly rolling back to front that’s a risk with swaddling and rolling to the side only is OK but someone can correct me if I’m wrong.

What type of swaddle are you using? Sone of the swaddle sleeping bags allow you to remove one arm at a time which seemed to help with mine who was very attached to her Love to Dream swaddles.

9 weeks! Oh really? Can anyone else confirm? I thought it was roll to the side!

Lullaby Trust recommends stop swaddling arms when baby shows any signs of rolling. If they can roll onto side they could very easily roll onto front and not get themselves back. Can’t help transitioning I’m afraid as we never swaddled.

We used a sleepyhead post swaddling and it worked for us although I know they are a bit love/hate.

I had a GroSnug and I would recommend it to anyone (make sure you get GroSnug for that age and not GroBag). You can have arms in or out. My DD hated arms in and wouldn't settle so she was arms out from about day two!
