Vaccinations, ear infection and vomitting

I have a 13 month old boy and since his 1 year old vaccinations 12 days ago (plus an ear infection which he needed antibiotics taken for 5 days) he has not been able to keep any food of substance down.

He can keep breast milk, fruit/yog pouches and melty puffs down. But everytime he gets any substance like chicken or mince or porridge etc he just throws it all up about 10-20 mins later. He isn’t upset by the throw up but that’s been almost 2 weeks now of barely keeping anything down and he was already a very slim baby. Spoke to doctors during week as originally the vomitting was happening after pushing and straining out a poop so we thought maybe a little constipated but now he is just sitting after meals and throwing it ALL up. He doesn’t stop till every last bit comes up. He is also more irritable than normal.

Anyone has similar experience and have any advise on what could be causing this?

PLEASE HELP!

I'd call 111 personally. It sounds as though he needs his ears and throat checked for infection.
