My little one is 3 months old and really struggling with trapped wind. I thought this was because she only poos every 3rd day but it doesn’t seem to be getting better as she grows. Some nights she wakes up screaming in pain until she passes the wind. I’m at my wits end and could use some advice that isn’t ‘some babies are just like that’
shes formula fed on cow and gate and I’m using mam anti colic bottles.
here are all the things I’ve tried to prevent a gas build up
infacol
grip water
co lactolase drops
keeping her upright for up to 15 minutes (if she’ll let me after burping)
bicycle legs before and after nappy change
baby massage (we go to class every Tuesday and this has slightly helped)
warm baths
putting her in her bouncer
do I just have a gassy baby or is it the milk/bottles?
any advice is greatly welcomed!
