My 2 year old has had diarrhoea the past 3 days and I have no idea what it could be. She’s not poorly at all so I don’t she’s got a bug and she’s not eaten anything new so I’m not sure what has caused it
any advice? I thought I would give it a couple of days to see if it would calm down and it hasn’t. I’m making sure she drinks plenty of water to keep hydrated
